Agnes Van Zanten, professor of the Parisian SciencesPo 1, is a consummate expert on education policy research and quasi-markets in education (see her publications here 2). In a methodological workshop organized at UAB in May 2017, she reflected on key aspects for the definition of the REFORMED research strategy such as the characterization and definition of local education markets, and the comprehension of schools’ and families’ logics of action in educational systems with restricted school choice. In the context of her visit, she also gave an interview 3 for UAB Divulga, that was later on reproduced in Diari de l’Educació.
